Start your Ski/Snowboard Season at the annual ALPINE FEST organised by the Ski Club of Ireland, Kilternan, Co Dublin
Ski Club of Ireland invites you, your family and friends to the ALPINE FEST that promises to be a total winter sports weekend – get a real taste of Snowsports and of Austria! All levels of ski and snowboard enthusiasts welcome!
An exciting weekend is ahead on the 14th and 15th October, 2023 with Austrian guest ski instructors and musicians/schuhplattlers (thigh slappers) from St. Johann in Tirol joining the 120 ski instructors at the Ski Club of Ireland, Ireland’s national snowsports centre, in Kilternan, Co.Dublin.
We will be joined by Great Outdoors who will be setting up a pop up store with all the latest Winter Sport fashions and ski gear. Plus travel experts from Topflight and Mountain People travel who will be sharing all the info on where to ski this season.
Radio Nova will be doing a live outdoor broadcast with DJ Emily Brew on Saturday morning
Live Après Ski music will be provided by The Harleys, as well as traditional Austrian music and schuhplattling from St.Johann in Tirol!
Plus loads of winter sport giveaways, freebies and Austrian bratwurst on site.
There will even be some Stiegl 00 – from Stiegl Brewery Austria, now in Ireland!
Kick off your ski or snowboard season by mastering your technique with a top level instructor from the Wilder Kaiser Ski School in St. Johann in Tirol and the Ski Club of Ireland, Kilternan.
Skiing and Snowboarding Classes will take place at 11.00am and 3.00pm each day and all levels of ability will be catered for. Big emphasis on intermediate and advanced classes.

Special prices for taster classes and practice sessions for the Alpine Fest weekend are €35 for adults, €30 for Students and Children (+8 yrs). *Students must have valid student card.
